Shandong Fengxiang Foodstuff Co., Ltd., is a Sino-foreign contractual joint venture established in September 1995, mainly producing and processing birds and beasts series products, further processed products and cooked food for exportation. It has a total investment of USD 19.72 million and registered capital of USD 6.12 million, covering an area of 119,000 square meters.
The co***ny has a slaughter hall with an area of structure of 9,560 square meters, which can butcher 7200 pcs meat chickens per hour and deepfreeze 200 metric tons chicken within 8 hours. It also is equipped with an freezing storehouse containing 4500 tonnage with annual processing and separating capacity of 32,000 metric tons of chicken. There are three cooked-food workshops with total investment of RMB 81,27 million and a total building area of 18,000 square meters, meanwhile, these workshops are designed strictly accoding to the food sanitary demand by the China Commodity Inspection Bureau and equipped with Products Research and Development Office, Quality Inspection Room and other auxiliary appliances. The four main proudcts series are of deep-fry, charcoal-toast, braise and steam, electrical grill, totally more than 50 categories. Its annual output can reach 2,400 metric tons.
Since its establishment, the co***ny consistently abides by its policy of Seeking Survival from Quality, Seeking Development based on its Reputation. Under the complete management control system, all the production and operations are strictly in compliance with HACCP¡¢GMP and ISO9002¡¢14001 Standard, thus efficiently guaranteeing the product quality as a whole. Its products have been registered successively in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Russia, etc. In December 1998, the co***ny passed the authentication of ISO 9002 Quality System, and it also passed the HACCP's approval in September 2002 and passed the attestation of ISO 140004 environment system in December of the same year.
